- Production Stations (PS): these are the local stations where field operational team is in charge of establishing, maintaining and developing local partners, specifically local farmers, fishing vessel, small and medium food producing factories and or agents, capable of generating abundant quality food as needed. The production stations oversee the gathering, packaging, labeling and logistics of products to the export transitional centers. These stations are based in products sourcing countries and exclusively supervised by Emo Express local management team.

- Exportation Team (ET): The team ensures quality transfer of products forwarded from Operational Stations and standards compliance. The team must inspect all products without exception before processing and handling exportation bills as May be required by lay law/by policy and before the export agent handles the rest per our policy and agreement.

- Receiving & Distribution (RD): At the time being, only products shipped to the US will be Emo to Emo, that means shipped from Emo in the shipping country to Emo in the US facility. All products products must be kept in a reasonable temperature rooms based on the product specifications. RD will receive all documentations from ET and ensure accuracy and compatibility before forwarding to the Import Agent based on our import-export policy and agreements.RD shall be composed of an element of marketing, sales and distribution.
